Rinave certifies platform for access to Windfloat/Rinave certifica plataforma para acesso ao Windfloat
The classification society Rinave – Registro Internacional Naval, SA, has certified an aluminium platform, adapted to the bow of a rigid inflatable boat, to enhance the safety conditions of the access to the Windfloat floating wind turbine.
This turbine has been moored for two months in the ocean energies park of Aguçadoura, six miles off the port of Póvoa de Varzim. A test program is now underway, which requires constant access of technicians and equipments to the Windfloat. In order to improve the safety conditions of the access, a platform has been fitted in the bow of the rigid inflatable boat contracted for this service.
Tanker Barge Sacor II completes successfully sea trials/Barcaça-tanque Sacor II realiza com sucesso provas de mar
The tanker barge Sacor II completed with success, on the 7th December, three days of sea trials off the port of Peniche. The ship demonstrated in the sea trials excellent manoeuvrability, guaranteed by two azimuthing propellers and reached a maximum speed slightly above 10.0 knots.

Foi realizada no dia 16 de Outubro a entrega do novo ferry “Lisbonense” pelo estaleiro Navalria – Docas, Construções e Reparações Navais, S.A. à Transtejo.
Rinave presente no congresso “Portos e Transportes Marítimos”
Realizou-se no passado dia 21 de Setembro, nas instalações da Feira Internacional de Lisboa, o congresso “Os Portos e os Transportes Marítimos”. Este evento, que contou com mais de mil participantes, entre os quais três delegados da Rinave – Registro Internacional Naval, foi organizado pela Associação Comercial de Lisboa – Câmara de Comércio e Indústria Portuguesa, entre outras organizações, e publicitado pelo Fórum Empresarial da Economia do Mar.
