Mission
Rinave mission is to serve our clients and the public interest through the promotion of quality shipping, safety of people and property as well as the protection of the environment.
This mission is accomplished through the classification process, which means:
- Contribution to the establishment of reference standards accepted by the shipping industry, the so called Rules for Classification,
- Verification of ship design against the Rules,
- Survey during the construction and the operational phases of ships against the Rules,
- Management and publishingof ships data bases in view of providing information to the shipping interested parties.
